Wendy Gleeson Wendy Gleeson has worked in professional services marketing since 1993 as a partner resource project managing, communicating and mobilising strategic marketing and business development initiatives for firms. Wendy has held senior and national marketing positions with UK Big 4 and Top 50 accounting firms, and one of Australia’s top tier law practices. She specialises in strategic client planning, key client analysis and retention, marketing project management and practice marketing. She works with professional service firms throughout Australia as a marketing adviser and contractor. Wendy has worked on national marketing teams (including Deloitte and Blake Dawson) to analyse service line delivery and form strategic client plans for the firms' FTSE, ASX 200 and key strategic clients. She has since adapted those processes for the particular circumstances faced by small and medium-sized accounting businesses with great success. Wendy provides expertise in the area of Client Advisory Board delivery and facilitation for NixonŽ Advantage coaching club firms. Additionally, Wendy is a key proponent in the support and strategic implementation of TRUST for accounting and financial planning firms. |
