Founder
Shannon Vincent has dedicated his entire career to working with accountants in various capacities. His career began at KPMG in San Francisco. Shannon moved on to specialize in high-net-worth individuals and emerging growth business for two well-known San Francisco-based regional accounting firms. Shannon then spent six years at RANONE, an international consulting company, with two years as the Chief Operating Officer of a 10MM business unit. Since 1996, Shannon has consulted with Top 100 firms to Sole Practitioners, helping them transform their business models. Shannon is also an expert on transitioning firms whether that be an internal transition, merger or selling the firm. Shannon is a Co-Founder of Renew Group. Renew’s business model transformation coaching program is specifically designed for accounting firm owners that want to elevate their businesses. Renew’s mission is to help accounting firms work less, profit more, and develop a better business model. Shannon received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with an emphasis in accounting from University of California, Santa Barbara, and now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife Jackie. Shannon is an active skier, biker and music listener.

Colin Dunn is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in working with accountants to provide them with the tools they need to develop and implement strategies to build better firms. Having spent almost 10 years in a business advisory capacity in a fast-growing UK firm, Colin has spent almost 30 years coaching accountants, creating content for accountants, and providing communities to enable accountants to collaborate so that they do not have to reinvent the wheel. Colin is a Co-Founder of Renew Group, whose mission is to transform your firm’s business model, client relationships, and profitability—while cutting stress and hours, making it easier to attract and retain team members. He regularly speaks on these topics and passionately believes that accountants can transform their firms and their lives by providing truly valuable services for the right clients. Colin loves helping accountants design firms that work for them, so that they can spend more time with their families and pursuing hobbies and leisure interests.
